What if I already have a provider?

If you're currently using a childcare provider that you love and you'd like to see them on the Upwards App, let your Care Navigator know! To join our platform, our providers must:

  • Daycare providers must be licensed in the state in which they provide care. 
  • Nannies and Sitters must provide an accredited Background Check conducted within the last year or agree to complete a Background Check.

Once you've created an account with Upwards, you'll have a unique referral code that you can share to refer your provider and other parents. You can earn money from these referrals! 


How do I refer someone to Upwards?

1. Select "Menu" in the bottom right corner.

You can tap on your profile picture or tap on the "Menu" button in the lower right-hand corner.


2. Tap on “Refer & Earn."


3. You have a unique referral link that you can send to Parents and Providers. 

To find the correct link, switch between Parents and Providers. Copy and share the link at the bottom of your screen or post it directly on Facebook!
