Reset your password using the Upwards App
1. Click on "forgot" on the login page. 2. Enter your email and click on “Reset Password”.
You will receive the password reset link in your email inbox.
Reset your password by contacting the Upwards Support Team
1. Contact the Upwards Customer Support Team at support@upwards.com or submit a ticket using your preferred email address: Submit a Support Ticket.
2. Make sure to include details in the Description section such as:
- Full Name
- Are you a parent or provider?
- Request password change
3. Check your email for the new password and next steps.
