Will my provider update me on how my child's day?

You can receive updates through the Upwards App. Your Provider can send updates, pictures, and even videos throughout the day so you can feel secure that your kids are in great hands.


How do I view these moments of my child?

You can receive alerts directly to your cell phone when a new photo or video has been uploaded. 


You can also access all photos and videos by logging into the Upwards App.


1. From the home page, you can select "Moments" near the top-right corner of your screen.2. You can also scroll down on your home screen and select "See all moments".3. Select the photo or video that you want to review. 
You can like the photo or even share it with your loved ones. 


How do I contact my provider?

If you're interested in connecting with a provider you aren't currently enrolled with and haven't spoken with, just let your Care Navigator know! They’re here to help you every step of the way. 


1. Select "Inbox" to access your Upwards Inbox.

You can text your Care Navigator and any providers you have already contacted.

2. Tap the individual that you want to speak with.
3. You can send a message or share an attachment.

Use the paperclip to attach photos or any necessary documents you want to share with your Care Navigator or Provider.You are also welcome to send us an email at mybenefits@upwards.com or call us at 323- 421-7479. Our Upwards Support Team is here to support you every step of the way!
