How do I enroll my kid?

Enrolling your kid in a daycare program can be an exciting and sometimes overwhelming process. Finding a daycare that meets your family's needs and provides a safe, nurturing environment for your child to learn and grow is essential. At Upwards, we understand the importance of finding the right daycare for your child, and we've made it easy for families to enroll their kids in a program they love. At Upwards, we've made it easy for families to enroll their kids in a program they love.

Step 1

After touring and finding the perfect daycare for you and your kid, go to "my saved programs" in the Upwards app and tap on the daycare you want to enroll in. 

Step 2

Tap on "Enroll" at the bottom of the screen. 

Step 3

After tapping "continue," your enrollment request will be sent to Upwards, and we'll start working with the daycare provider to complete the enrollment process. Our team of childcare specialists will be in touch with you to guide you through any additional steps that need to be taken and answer any questions you may have.

Note: 

If your enrollment request is made after hours, we may only be able to respond the next day. However, we strive to respond to all enrollment requests as soon as possible, so you can enroll your child in the daycare program you love without delay.

Our team will work closely with the daycare provider to ensure that all necessary documentation and information is collected and processed correctly. We'll keep you informed throughout the process so you always know what's happening and what to expect.
