Updating your package with Upwards is easy! We recommend you speak with your Child's provider before contacting the Upwards Support Team.
Did you speak with your Child's provider?
1. Please confirm with your daycare provider whether they can accommodate your updated schedule.
2. After obtaining approval, contact your Childcare Navigator or the Upwards Support team at support@upwards.com to request the adjustment. Be sure to include the following information:
- Daycare's name
- Your kiddo's name
- The new schedule (days needed, drop off - pick up time)
- When the change should take effect
3. Your Care Navigator will confirm the revised tuition fees for your new schedule.
☞ Please keep in mind that we bill one week in advance, so please request your changes with at least two weeks' notice.
