How do I enroll families on the Upwards App?

Joining Upwards is the easiest and safest way to welcome new families into your program. Follow the simple steps below to get started!


1. Tap on "Inbox" at the bottom of your screen.


2. Tap on the Parent's profile that is ready to enroll!


3. Select “Enroll” near the top of your screen.


4. Select “Immediate Enrollment” to kick-off this process.

☞ Great news! Our Care Navigators will handle everything for you! Our dedicated team will reach out to the family to help them through the enrollment process. Keep an eye out for our team's message to confirm the schedule and pricing details. Once the parent completes the enrollment, they will receive a copy of the enrollment packet. If you have any questions, feel free to message our Support team, and we will guide you through the process.


How do I add a family to my waitlist?


Are all of your spots full? You can add families to your waitlist! Simply follow these easy steps to make it happen:


1. Select the Parent's conversation from your Inbox. 


2. Select “Enroll” near the top of your screen.


3. Tap “Add to Waitlist.”


☞ Families must submit a $25 deposit to be added to the waitlist. This deposit will be credited towards their first week's tuition. If you require a different deposit amount, please contact our Support team to make the necessary adjustments.
