Connecting with providers on Upwards is simple and convenient! We understand the importance of being able to communicate with childcare providers on your terms, whether it’s through messages or scheduling a tour. This guide will walk you through how to navigate the Upwards app and website to reach out to providers independently, along with what you can expect. How do I connect with Providers?


1. Open the Upwards App
Launch the Upwards app and tap on ‘Childcare’ in the bottom navigation bar.



2. Search for Providers
Enter your location or the specific Upwards location you’re interested in.


3. Start a Conversation
Tap the “Message” button on the provider’s profile to start a direct conversation.


4. Share Your Care Needs
Send a message introducing yourself and describing your care needs. The provider will receive a notification in their Upwards app and respond to you as soon as possible.
