How do I create a care request?

We are so excited for you to join our community and directly connect with Childcare Providers in your area. Our goal is to provide childcare services that cater to your family’s specific needs, offering affordable, flexible, high-quality childcare programs that are accessible and within your budget. 


How do I create a care request using the Upwards App?


1. From the home page, select "Create Request"


2. Select "Ongoing" for recurring care or "One-time" for back-up care.


3. Continue to follow the prompts, which include your start date, type of provider, location, budget, and any extra details that will best support your family.


4. Select "Make it Public". This will notify every provider within a 5-mile radius!




You can track any updates using the Upwards App. Providers will message you directly through the Upwards App, so don’t forget to turn on those push notifications and always check your inbox. How do I create a care request using the Upwards Website?


Navigate to upwards.com and select your logo in the top right corner of your screen.



1. From the home page, select "Create Request"

4. Select "Make it Public." This will notify every provider within a 5-mile radius!
