We are so excited to have you join America's largest community of childcare providers and help make childcare accessible to all! You can either complete the process using our app or website.

How do I create an account using the Upwards App?

1. Download the Upwards app at https://go.upwards.com/download.

2. Create an account using your email or social login. 

3. You will need to verify your profile. 

We require phone verification before you can communicate with members of the network. Type in your phone number.  You can send a code via SMS or select "Call me with verification code"

4. Enter the six-digit code to continue. 

5. Once you have verified your profile, select "I'm a babysitter" or "I'm a nanny."

We recommend signing up according to the opportunity that best fits your experience and needs.

Congratulations! You are one step closer to connecting with local families in your area. Please scroll down to review more information about submitting a background check and the tasks you need to complete. We recommend adding your profile photo, requesting reviews, and completing a background check to earn your Safety Badge!

How do I sign up on the Upwards Website?

1. Go to https://upwards.com/provide-care and choose "Sign up."

2. Select "I'm a babysitter" or "I'm a nanny" 

We recommend signing up according to the opportunity that best fits your experience and needs.

3. Create and finish your profile.

In the top right corner, you can select the language you are most comfortable with. We strongly recommend using a valid cell phone number instead of a landline so we can send you an SMS message if necessary. This questionnaire contains 10 question to help build your Upwards listing. It should take about five to eight minutes to complete.

4. Welcome to the home page!
