Why do online reviews matter?

Positive reviews are an excellent way to build credibility for your daycare. The more authentic reviews you receive, the more families will trust your program. So go ahead, collect those glowing reviews, and watch your daycare shine!


Families love reading reviews! To help you get started, we’re giving you a head start by letting you send a review link to your currently enrolled families, friends, or family members to leave a review about your daycare.


Here’s the catch: You get three initial reviews from anyone you know. After that, any additional reviews must come from families who have enrolled through Upwards.


How do I collect reviews?


1. Open the Upwards App or Website and navigate to the Home page.


2. Find the "Tasks to Complete" Section.

Tap "Request Reviews for your Listing." This will allow you to invite families to share their experience working with you. 


3. Copy and share your review link.
You can text it, email it, or share it however you like. We can't wait to see those reviews start to roll in.
