How does Upwards partner with your company?

In partnership with your workplace, we've paired you up with a dedicated Care Navigator who will be there for you every step of the way. Plus, you'll receive a breakthrough service that helps families like yours access thousands of dollars in childcare savings. 

In this video, we're excited to introduce you to how Upwards supports you in learning about subsidies or publicly-funded grants to help offset the cost of childcare. Life can be unpredictable, and at Upwards, we understand the struggle of balancing work commitments as well as the financial strain of childcare. It takes just 2 minutes to complete a simple eligibility survey to help us kick off our search to help you save and find affordable childcare.

Our goal is to find and guide you through subsidy applications that cater to your family’s specific needs with affordable, flexible, high-quality care that is accessible and within your budget. You have access to a subsidy expert who will guide you through applications, gather and organize required documentation, review your application before submitting, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the process.

• Reliable Care Solutions: Access to a diverse network of high-quality, vetted providers. This includes licensed daycare centers, family childcare homes, after-school programs, summer camps, and qualified family care providers. 

• Personalized Support: With our team of Care Navigators, you have unlimited access to experts who specialize in finding the perfect match for your childcare needs. Available 24/7 and typically responding within 1 hour to requests, our navigators work diligently to ensure you don't have to navigate this alone.

How do I submit my eligibility survey? You can access your Upwards account via upwards.com or through the Upwards app.

1. Navigate to the Home screen and scroll through the "My Benefits" Section. 

2. Click on “Get Started".

3. Input your current zip code.

4. Select the answer that best matches your family's timeline.

Don't forget to select next so you can move to the next question. 

5. Select "+Add Child".

Continue to select "+Add Child" to include all children in your household.

6. Enter our gross monthly household income.

Make sure you include all income from adults in your household. If you aren't sure where to start, divide your annual income by 12 to determine your monthly household income. 

7. Confirm if you are eligible for any military support.

8. Review potential eligibility options.

You can select as many or as few that apply to you and your family. 

9. You did it!

Your submission has been received. Our team of experts will review your eligibility to find the best fit for your family! You should hear back from us in 2 - 3 business days.
