What is Upwards?

Upwards is the largest childcare network in the United States, committed to providing families with access to quality, affordable care

Understanding the challenges families face in finding and securing childcare, we offer a range of ways to help families navigate the process. These include connecting them with trusted providers through our technology-based marketplace and partnering with corporations and government entities to improve access to sponsored care.

Our commitment extends beyond families; we also assist childcare providers in running sustainable businesses and aid employers of all sizes in offering childcare benefits to their employees. At Upwards, we advocate for equal access to quality childcare for everyone, not just those who can afford it.

How does Upwards partner with your company?

In partnership with your workplace, you will be assigned a dedicated Care Navigator who will be your point of contact throughout the entire process. This service is entirely free for you!

In this video, we introduce you to the world of Upwards and how our Care Navigators can revolutionize your family's childcare experience.

❋ Our goal is to provide childcare services that cater to your family’s specific needs, offering affordable, flexible, high-quality childcare programs that are accessible and within your budget. You can access a suite of childcare services designed to support you with various childcare options, ensuring you find solutions that help minimize disruptions to your day and offer peace of mind.

☞ Here's a closer look at what your employer has facilitated for you:

• Reliable Care Solutions: You have access to a diverse network of high-quality, vetted childcare providers. These include Babysitters, Nannies, and Tutors for educational support, Home daycares for a more personalized care setting, Preschools and Daycare centers for structured early learning, and Summer camps for engaging seasonal activities.

• Personalized Support: Our team of Care Navigators is ready to assist you 24/7, specializing in finding the perfect childcare match for your needs. They work diligently to ensure navigating your childcare options is straightforward, with a typical response time of within 1 hour to requests.

How do I get started?

To explore how these benefits can be precisely tailored to your family's needs, we recommend downloading our app: https://upwards.com/download.

Your Care Navigator will contact you within 24 business hours and ask for your care needs. This form will help us better understand the care you need, such as:

• Type of care you need

• Days needed

• Drop-off and Pick-up Times

• Distance willing to travel

• Weekly Budget

Once you've let us know about your care needs, we'll get right on it! It usually takes us between 24 to 72 hours to find some great options for you. We'll then send you a selection that best fits your needs.

• Interested in a daycare?  We can help you schedule a tour and enroll if you feel like it's the right fit for your family.

• Interested in a nanny or sitter? We will share their contact information so you can interview potential candidates.

What if I need help?

At Upwards, we understand how important it is to find the best care for your child, and we're committed to making the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. Our dedicated team is here to support you every step of the way, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need assistance with your childcare search.

You can contact your Care Navigator directly through the Upwards App, email us at [email protected], or call us at 323- 421-7479.
We look forward to helping you find the perfect childcare solution for your family!
