When an individual applies, we carefully review their information to confirm if they are located in an eligible area and meet our income criteria. Rest assured that your privacy and personal information will remain confidential throughout the entire process. Typically, the process takes about one week.

How much of my costs are covered?

The childcare costs covered vary based on each family's unique circumstances. In many cases, the entire cost of childcare may be covered. In other cases, we may assist in paying for a portion of childcare costs to make the tuition more manageable for families. We strive to work with each family individually to find solutions that meet your needs and budget!

How do I search for daycares that accept subsidies?

1. Select "Childcare" at the bottom of your screen.

2. Select the Filter option on the right side of the search bar.

3. Select "Show only providers that accept subsidy programs".

4. Check out the options available in your area.

✰ It's important to note that there are cases where the provider's rates are more than what's covered by the program. In these instances, you'll be responsible for handling the co-pay weekly or monthly. Our team is available to help you navigate the process and ensure you have all the information you need to make informed decisions about your child's care. What if I already have a provider?

Eligible families are matched with pre-approved providers accepting our subsidies. Families have the option to choose a preferred provider — as long as they work with our subsidy program.
