How do I delete my duplicate account?
1. Identify the Upwards account you wish to keep, including your preferred email address and phone number.
2. Contact the Upwards Customer Support Team at [email protected] or submit a ticket using your preferred email address: Submit a Support Ticket.
3. Request to remove the duplicate account. The Upwards Support Team can reset your password if necessary.
4. You will receive an email response that confirms your primary account.
