You can create a ticket for the Upwards Support Team for questions, concerns, and requests!
1. Go to the Submit a Ticket section of our support portal at https://help.upwards.com/en/support/tickets/new.
2. Fill in all the required fields and select the appropriate Ticket Type.
- Question: Not sure how to use our app? Or how a specific feature? We suggest you review our knowledge base and FAQ section first, as many of your questions might be addressed there. Our Support Team is always happy to help answer your questions!
- Customer Request: Use this account, profile, or rate changes.
- Problem: We don't want our app to stress you out. Please report any issue related to our product features or services.
- Billing: Need to speak with our Billing team? Use this to connect with them directly!
- Update: Do you need to share an update? Or are you waiting for an update? If this is related to a previously created ticket, we highly recommend doing this by replying directly to the original ticket instead of creating a new one.
- Feature Request: Please refer to this article if you want to submit a Feature request.
- Other: Use this if your request doesn't apply to the categories listed above.
3. Clearly explain your request and the reasoning behind it; feel free to add as many supportive materials as needed, such as videos or screenshots.
