Does Upwards have an Enrollment Packet?

Once you book your first tour, Upwards will create a custom Enrollment Packet for you. It will also include your state-required forms for licensing.

Parents will receive your enrollment packet automatically via email upon completing their enrollment. Licensing requires that parents print, complete, sign, and bring the packet with them on their first day, along with immunization records.

What is included in the Enrollment Packet?

Upwards has standardized policies across all of our daycare providers. These include:

  • Vacation Policy: Parents are expected to cover tuition while their provider is on vacation. This can be up to two weeks of covered vacation.
  • Disenrollment Policy: Parents should provide at least two weeks of notice for disenrollment.
  • Sick policy: Children cannot attend with a 99-degree or higher temperature.
  • Family Vacation/Absence Policy: Payment is required during Family vacations or child absences.

These are our standard policies, but we can customize them based on your daycare policies.

How do I make updates to my enrollment packet?

Simply send the changes to support@upwards.com, and we will respond with your personalized updated packet. Additionally, if you'd like to review your current packet on file, feel free to ask any member of our Support team for a copy, and they will promptly send it to you.
