In partnership with your workplace, we've paired you up with a dedicated Care Navigator who will be there for you every step of the way. Plus, you'll receive a Care Stipend to provide additional financial assistance to ensure you can continue to afford reliable childcare.

• Reliable Care Solutions: You have access to a diverse network of high-quality, vetted childcare providers. These include Babysitters, Nannies, and Tutors for educational support, Home daycares for a more personalized care setting, Preschools and Daycare centers for structured early learning, and Summer camps for engaging seasonal activities.

• Personalized Support: Our team of Care Navigators is ready to assist you 24/7, specializing in finding the perfect childcare match for your needs. They work diligently to ensure navigating your childcare options is straightforward, with a typical response time of within 1 hour to requests.

• Financial Assistance: Your employer will provide financial assistance that can go toward any childcare cost. You can simply submit your claim through our easy to use app. Once your claim is approved, you will receive your reimbursement in no time.

Stipends for childcare expenses are processed through a reimbursement form. To submit your claim, you will need to access your Upwards account via upwards.com or through the Upwards app.

1. Head to the Home section and go to “My Benefits”

2. Click on “Submit a Claim”

3. Select the type of care and upload your proof of payment.

4. Select "Next" to complete your submission.

✔︎ Please ensure your invoice is clear and includes the following information:

• Dates of service 

• Caregiver's name 

• Child's name and parent's name

• Total amount paid 

• Invoice date

• Confirmation of payment status
