How do I directly communicate with Upwards providers?

Connecting with providers on Upwards has never been easier! We know how important it is for you to communicate with providers you’re interested in by exchanging messages or attending a tour. This article explains how you can navigate the Upwards app and website to reach out to providers on your own time independently and what to expect! FYI - you can always reach out to your Childcare Coordinator for help. 



Step 1: Open the Upwards app and tap on ‘Childcare’ on the bottom navigation




Step 2: Type in your location or the name of the Upwards location you are specifically looking for.




Step 3: Click the “Message” button to start a conversation with the provider.




Step 4: Reach out to the provider by telling them a little bit about your care needs. The provider will get a Message notification in their Upwards app and reach out to you as soon as possible.
